Adding an advisor or accountant to your untied account

With untied pro you can give access to an advisor. This could be your accountant or book keeper.

Before you can do this the person you wish to give access to needs to be signed up with us as an advisor. If they are not already set up with us ask them to contact us.

If your advisor is set up with untied they can give you an advisor code. Use this to give them access to your account.

To do this log in to untied pro on the web. Click on the profile icon at top right and select 'Account'. Then in 'Advisor management' enter the code you were given:

Once you have added your advisor you should see them in the list on that page and you can remove access at any time.

Your advisor will now be able to access your account.
