Do I need a separate business bank account?

We believe you should be free to run your life and your business as you want.

Research shows that the majority of self-employed people do not have a separate business bank account.

Of course you may choose to do so. And the banks may not like it if you start to use your personal account for so much business activity.

But the reality is that even if you do have a separate bank account, some things - like utility bills you may want to apportion, and other costs - are likely to go through personal accounts anyway.
