Mark a payment as paid
If you request a payment, we use the reference to identify if it has been paid. However, not all banks carry that reference on the transaction. So it could be that someone has paid you and it is not indicating as received in untied.
To manually mark it as paid:
In untied in the browser, go to Payments & Invoices, find the payment request and click the little green tick icon on the right.
In the untied mobile app, go to More, Invoices and payments, View requests, locate the payment and swipe it to the left.
You will also want to tag the money in as business income (or whatever tag applies).
