Co-operative Bank feeds

untied generally connects to banks via TrueLayer, which we have chosen as a best in class aggregator - TrueLayer allows us to manage links to multiple financial institutions in one integration.

However, not all banks connect to TrueLayer.

Where there is sufficient demand we will build a direct connection.

This takes significant resource and is what we have done with the Co-op.

However, the feed and integration they offer is not at the level that we think is suitable for widespread use. They don't currently provide the support that we need from them to maintain a reliable link. We're hopeful that the acquisition by Coventry Building Society allows this to change.
