Managing your subscription

You can change your payment method and subscription to untied. Here's how.

Note that if you have a subscription for untied it will auto-renew unless you cancel 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The way you can manage your subscription depends on where you bought it. If you don't remember, open up untied, tap "More...", then "Your plan" and it will tell you where your subscription was purchased (Apple App Store, Google Play or untied). Note if you do not see a "Your plan" option this means you do not currently have a valid subscription and should instead see an option to choose one.

For most users who will have purchased directly from untied (ie not through the app stores)
First, make sure you're logged into untied via your browser. Use the log in button at the top right of the untied home page. You will log in using either a magic link or a password.
In untied lite - click on the Subscription menu item

In untied Pro click on the Profile & Settings menu item, then select the tab marked "Manage your plan"
